EnLink Geoenergy Announces Patent Infringement Litigation RANCHO DOMINGUEZ, Calif., Aug. 4 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- EnLink Geoenergy Services, Inc. announced today that it filed a complaint last Friday [July 31, 2009] in United States District Court for the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division, alleging patent infringement against the following defendants: Jackson & Sons Drilling & Pump, Inc., James D. Jackson, Sonic Drill Corporation, Sonic Drilling, Ltd., and Ray Roussy. The complaint alleges that the defendants infringed and continue to infringe in the District and elsewhere on three EnLink patents relating to earth loop installation with sonic drilling applications. Additionally, the complaint alleges that Jackson Drilling violated California law by operating without a California contractor's license. The complaint requests injunctive relief and damages from all defendants with regard to patent infringement and an order enjoining Jackson Drilling from violating California contracting law.
