Memorial Ceremony Held for Independence Activist and Inventor KWON Do-in

On May 15, the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) held a memorial ceremony at the Daejeon National Cemetery to honor Mr. Kwon Do-in, a patriotic independence activist and inventor. Mr. Kwon is remembered for his contributions to both Korea's independence movement and the advancement of invention. The ceremony was attended by KIPO Commissioner KIM Wan Ki, Head of the Daejeon National Cemetery JANG Jeong-gyo, and Mr. Kwon's grandson, Mr. Paul Stuart Arinaga, who resides in Hawaii.
